이용약관

제1조 (목적)
이 약관은 (이하 "회사")가 제공하는 「」 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건과 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무를 정합니다.
제2조 (서비스 내용)
서비스는 마이크로 들은 말을 음성인식·기계번역하여 화면 자막 또는 음성으로 제공하는 실시간 통역 서비스입니다. 행사 자막, 1:1 대화, 다른 화면으로 자막 보내기 기능을 포함합니다.
제3조 (계정)
- 이용자는 로그인 없이 기기마다 정해진 시간의 무료 체험을 이용할 수 있습니다.
- 무료 체험 후에는 구글 계정 또는 이메일 인증으로 로그인해야 합니다. 이용자는 자신의 계정을 타인에게 양도하거나 빌려줄 수 없습니다.
제4조 (유료 이용권)
- 유료 이용권은 충전식 이용시간과 30일 이용권으로 나뉘며, 내용과 가격은 요금에 표시합니다.
- 이용시간은 이용자가 [시작]을 눌러 마이크가 켜져 있던 실제 시간만큼 차감됩니다.
- 충전식 이용시간은 구매일로부터 1년, 30일 이용권은 구매일로부터 30일 동안 쓸 수 있으며, 기간이 지나면 남은 시간은 소멸합니다.
- 30일 이용권은 자동으로 갱신되지 않습니다.
- 무료 체험·가입 보너스 등 무상으로 지급된 시간은 환불·양도 대상이 아닙니다.
제5조 (번역 결과에 관한 안내)
서비스의 자막·음성은 기계가 자동으로 만든 결과로, 인식 오류나 번역 오류가 있을 수 있습니다. 계약·법률·의료·안전 등 정확성이 결정적인 상황에서는 전문 통역사의 확인을 받으시기 바랍니다. 회사는 번역 결과의 정확성을 보증하지 않으며, 번역 결과만을 근거로 한 판단으로 생긴 손해에 대해서는 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 책임지지 않습니다.
제6조 (금지 행위)
- 타인의 동의 없이 대화를 몰래 녹음·통역하는 등 법령을 위반하는 이용
- 서비스를 자동화 도구로 대량 호출하거나, 시스템에 부하를 주거나, 결제·차감 절차를 우회하는 행위
- 서비스의 연결 코드·주소를 이용해 타인의 화면에 허락 없이 내용을 띄우는 행위
제7조 (서비스 변경·중단)
회사는 설비 점검, 외부 음성인식·번역 업체의 장애, 통신 장애 등 부득이한 사유로 서비스를 일시 중단할 수 있습니다. 회사 책임으로 유료 이용자가 서비스를 이용하지 못한 경우, 그 시간만큼 이용시간을 보상합니다.
제8조 (책임의 한계)
회사의 손해배상 책임은 회사의 고의 또는 과실이 있는 경우에 한하며, 그 금액은 해당 이용자가 최근 3개월간 회사에 지급한 금액을 넘지 않습니다. 다만 관련 법령이 달리 정한 경우에는 그에 따릅니다.
제9조 (약관 변경)
회사는 약관을 바꿀 때 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)부터 서비스 화면에 알립니다.
제10조 (준거법·관할)
이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따르며, 분쟁은 민사소송법상 관할 법원에 제기합니다.

1. About
These terms govern the use of "" (the "Service") provided by (the "Company").
2. The Service
The Service converts speech captured by your microphone into subtitles or speech in another language, using automatic speech recognition and machine translation. It includes event subtitles, 1:1 conversation and sending subtitles to other screens.
3. Accounts
You may use a free trial on each device without signing in. After the trial you must sign in with Google or an email code. You may not transfer or lend your account.
4. Paid passes
- Passes are prepaid hours and 30-day passes. Contents and prices are listed under Pricing.
- Time is deducted only for the actual time your microphone is on after you press Start.
- Prepaid hours are valid for 1 year and 30-day passes for 30 days from purchase. Unused time expires after that.
- 30-day passes do not renew automatically.
- Free trial and sign-up bonus time cannot be refunded or transferred.
5. Translation accuracy
Subtitles and speech are generated automatically and may contain recognition or translation errors. For legal, medical, contractual or safety-critical situations, please use a professional interpreter. The Company does not guarantee accuracy and is not liable for decisions based solely on the output, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
6. Prohibited use
- Recording or interpreting conversations without the consent required by law
- Automated bulk use, overloading the system, or bypassing payment or time deduction
- Using connection codes to show content on other people's screens without permission
7. Changes and interruptions
The Service may be interrupted for maintenance or outages of network or third-party providers. If paid users cannot use the Service due to the Company's fault, the lost time will be credited back.
8. Limitation of liability
The Company's liability is limited to cases of its intent or negligence and to the amount you paid in the last 3 months, unless the law provides otherwise.
9. Changes to these terms
We will announce changes in the Service at least 7 days in advance (30 days for changes unfavourable to users).
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

2. 음성과 대화 내용
마이크로 들은 음성과 인식된 문장은 자막·통역을 만들기 위해 아래 음성인식·번역 업체로 실시간 전송되어 처리됩니다. 회사 서버는 음성과 대화 내용을 저장하지 않습니다. 자막 기록 다운로드 기능을 쓴 경우 그 파일은 이용자 기기에만 저장됩니다.

전송 시점: 서비스를 이용할 때 실시간으로(암호화된 통신으로) 전송합니다. 이전을 원하지 않으면 서비스 이용을 중단하거나 회원 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있으며, 이 경우 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다.
4. 보관 기간
- 회원 정보: 회원 탈퇴 시까지 (탈퇴 즉시 삭제)
- 결제·환불 기록: 5년 (전자상거래법)
- 접속 기록(IP 등): 3개월 (통신비밀보호법)
- 무료 체험용 기기 식별값: 마지막 사용 후 1년
5. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리 정지와 회원 탈퇴를 아래 연락처로 요청할 수 있으며, 회사는 지체 없이 처리합니다.

앱은 설정(언어·연결 코드·로그인 상태)을 이용자 기기의 브라우저 저장소에 보관합니다. 브라우저 설정에서 지울 수 있으며, 지우면 다시 로그인해야 합니다.

1. What we collect and why
- Email address (email sign-in), or email and name from your Google account (Google sign-in): to identify you, sign you in, manage purchases and time, and answer inquiries.
- A random device identifier created by the app, and your IP address: to manage the free trial and prevent abuse.
- Usage time and payment records (order ID, product, amount, date): to deduct time, confirm payments, process refunds and keep records required by law.
Card details are handled by the payment providers; we never store them.
2. Voice and conversation content
Audio from your microphone and recognized text are sent in real time to the speech recognition and translation providers below to produce subtitles. Our servers do not store audio or conversation content. If you download a transcript, it is saved only on your device.

환불정책
- 구매 후 7일 이내, 전혀 쓰지 않은 이용권은 전액 환불합니다.
- 일부를 쓴 충전식 이용시간은 유효기간 안에 남은 시간의 비율만큼 환불합니다. 이때 결제 금액의 10%(결제 수수료 등)를 뺍니다.
- 일부를 쓴 30일 이용권은 남은 시간과 남은 날짜 중 적은 비율만큼 환불하며, 결제 금액의 10%를 뺍니다.
- 무료 체험·가입 보너스·보상으로 받은 시간은 환불 대상이 아닙니다.
- 회사 책임으로 서비스를 쓰지 못한 경우에는 위와 관계없이 그 시간만큼 보상하거나 환불합니다.
- 환불 신청: (로그인한 이메일, 주문 일시 기재). 접수 후 3영업일 안에 처리하며, 카드 결제는 카드사 사정에 따라 취소 반영에 며칠이 더 걸릴 수 있습니다.
- 해외 카드(Paddle) 결제는 Paddle 을 통해 환불되며, 위 기준을 똑같이 적용합니다.
Refund Policy
- Unused passes within 7 days of purchase are fully refunded.
- Partly used prepaid hours are refunded pro rata for the remaining time within the validity period, minus 10% of the price (payment fees).
- Partly used 30-day passes are refunded pro rata by the smaller of remaining time and remaining days, minus 10% of the price.
- Free trial, sign-up bonus and compensation time are not refundable.
- If you could not use the Service due to our fault, we will credit or refund that time regardless of the above.
- To request a refund, email with your sign-in email and order date. We process requests within 3 business days.
- International card payments are processed and refunded by Paddle, our merchant of record, under the same rules.
